What is soy wax

Soy wax is a vegetable wax manufactured by hydrogenation of soy beans, I use 100% pure soy wax that comes in a flake form

Many commercially produced candles today are made from paraffin wax which is a refined petroleum by-product

- Soy wax is softer than paraffin wax and has a lower melting point

- It is cleaner burning and has a longer/slower burn so lasts longer

- There is no petro carbon soot when using soy wax so it doesn't leave   black sooty deposits upon surfaces
